Join me Friday, February 22nd 10:00-12:00 for a deep dive into the heart, by way of the breath for a workshop called, “ Embody the Breath.” You’ll learn Pranayama (breathing techniques) to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, soften tension in the body, increase blood flow circulation, breath to help us focus, breathing as a means of detox, and... breath and visualization techniques that help us magnetize energy we’d like to attract! YES! Bring a journal, something to write with, and your yoga mat or blanket! I’ll prepare a nourishing tea and delicious snack.
