Join Alisha Nissenfeld MSW, RYT-500 for a weekly New Moms Group designed to give you the time and space to nourish, nurture, and strengthen all levels of self while baby is in the room (or not)
Our group starts off with gentle yoga, guided breath, and relaxation techniques designed to strengthen and empower the body and mind. We’ll honor the last 20 minutes of each session to share and support each other. Topics are prompted and deliberately designed to assist mom toward solution based action. No previous yoga experience is needed.
