Drumming and yoga connect body, mind and spirit. Both have the capacity to heal the inner most parts of our beings. Join Alisha Nissenfeld and Cindy Jones for a morning of Asana, Pranayama, and Meditative Movement, supported by the rhythmic vibrations of percussion. AND the opportunity for you to drum! You’ll be guided to more deeply align with the awakening rhythm of The Spring Season. We'll use the vibrating resonance of the drums to quiet the chatter of the mind, shed the armor, and connect with our divine truth.
After a juicy and intentional practice, we’ll continue to express and explore rhythm and harmony and shift our circle and play with drums or other percussion instruments provided by Cindy. Our celebration will culminate with a nourishing potluck. Sharing a meal with other humans is a great way to settle into community to cultivate feelings of belonging. Kindly share a clean food or drink that is gluten free and low sugar. When you register, please list any food allergies. One week before the event I’ll touch base with a follow up.
