7- Day Healthy Body Whole Food Cleanse

Join Alisha Nissenfeld, MSW YTT and Kelly Guess, RDN LDN, and combine the powerful magic of yoga asana, pranayama and food with a 7-day cleanse starting on February 18th from 2:30-4:30pm, and finishing on February 25th from 2:30-4:30pm. Feel supported, guided and nourished as we arm you with a detox yoga flow sequence, shopping list, meal plan and recipes at the first workshop, and finish with an energizing yoga flow and guidelines for ending the cleanse and incorporating these new healthy habits into your everyday life. You will have the opportunity to join a private Facebook group to support you throughout the week of the cleanse.

This is not a fast, you will be eating clean and healthy food designed to bring all systems into balance. Food is information; it literally talks to your genes to either create, prevent or heal disease.
