Pair this with detoxifying yoga and pranayama bookending the start and finish of the week, and you feel the strength of renewed energy and vitality. Offered by Alisha Nissenfeld 200 E-RYT, MSW and Kelly Guess RD, LDN, you will be supported and guided in our week long program with 2 Saturday workshops, a private online support group, and a cleanse guide (including a meal plan, shopping list and recipes). Whether you're looking to create a new healthy meal pattern, kick start a weight loss program, take steps to reclaim your health or identify a food sensitivity, this cleanse is for you!
