Join Alisha Nissenfeld LCSWA, RYT-500 for a weekly New Moms Group designed to give you the time and space to nourish, nurture, and strengthen all levels of self while baby is in the room (or not)
Our group starts off with guided breath and relaxation techniques designed to strengthen and empower the body and mind. We’ll share experiences and support each other guided by prompts deliberately designed to assist mom toward feeling grounded and nourished.
