The physical practice of Yoga beautifully prepares the body and mind for meditation. In this 75 minute class, we begin with a short seated meditation practice to center ourselves and connect with the breath before moving through a Vinyasa flow sequence. The practice closes with a 20 Gong Bath Savasana guided by Alisha Nissenfeld. Appropriate for all levels. No meditation experience required.
