Join us for a Full Moon Flower Moon Celebration at Umstead Park in Cary NC.

This is a practice of surrendering to the process of death and rebirth. Join us to practice the ancient ritual of Surya Namaskar. We’ll set the intention of universal love and awakening, link breath to movement, build internal heat, move slowly and deliberately, acknowledge what arises emotionally, and then let it go. We’ll have time to journal, share, and celebrate each other with a yummy meal.

You are empowered to modify the practice to meet your needs. All are welcome

What to bring: Yoga mat and other props to support your practice. Consider bringing a journal.

Potluck: If you’re able to contribute to the potluck, consider bringing vegetarian/ gluten free and no added sugars. If not, no worries, come and enjoy the yumminess. Please bring your own own bowl, utensil, napkin and drink.
