Immerse your whole self in a two hour Hatha Yoga and Sound Bath experience, designed to draw you away from the chatter of your mind and into the depths of your heart. Led by Alisha Nissenfeld, LCSW, RYT 500+, this Trauma Informed Sacred Ceremony will guide you through traditional breath-work to move energy, yoga postures, and a soothing sound bath.

This devotional practice enhances mental clarity and tranquility while nurturing an ability to listen and perceive others and ourselves with empathy and openness.
