Embody the Breath: 365 Day Pranayama Practice Community Development


Community support is the key for consistency and accountability. Join us on zoom each weekday morning for a guided Pranayama practice. Attend when you can and count on us to be there.

Let's gather first thing in the morning 6:00-6:20AM via zoom to fully embody the breath. You'll learn to shift your energy through Pranayama (breathing techniques) to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, soften tension in the body, increase blood flow circulation, improve focus, assist with detoxification, and prepare you for a productive day.

You gain experiential knowledge through practice techniques that help rewire the Neuro - pathways, which will most likely put you in a better mood, and strengthen your ability to send out energy you’d like to attract. YES!

Please have a journal, something to write with, and your yoga mat or blanket!
