Join Alisha Nissenfeld LCSWA., E-RYT 500+, for a transformative 2 hour workshop that delves deeply into sacred community sharing, journaling, healing breath practices, compassionate self expression inspired by traditional yoga prostrations, and fire ceremony.
This is an embodied somatic practice, for all, that clears a path for transition into a Season that welcomes silence and introspection while tending to the vital internal flame that nourishes the roots of our mental, physical, emotional, and energetic experiences.
When we become our own ultimate witness, in a state of radical presence, we are more available to learn to hold space for ourselves and each other, we learn to strengthen our capacity to see with clarity of mind, and we learn to attune ourselves to listen with an open heart. Practicing Life in this way opens us up to internal and external subtleties that often go unnoticed or ignored.
